Pickwise is an independent consumer matching service. We do not manufacture, sell or install windows or doors, we do not perform any work, and we do not provide quotes, prices or estimates. We use the details you submit to identify participating professionals serving your area, where available.

Whether your enquiry is matched, and with how many professionals, depends on your location, your project requirements and the availability of participating professionals. We do not guarantee that you will be matched, contacted, or that any particular service or outcome will be available to you.

Any professional who contacts you is an independent business, not our employee, agent or partner. We do not control, supervise or endorse their work, pricing, products, licensing, insurance or conduct, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with them. You are responsible for evaluating any professional and their offer before entering into a contract.

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and relates to a property you own or are otherwise authorized to make decisions about, and that the phone number and email address you provide are yours to use for this purpose.

By submitting the form and providing consent, you agree that Pickwise and the professionals we match you with may contact you at the number and email you provided, including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS, about your enquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

You may not submit false or third-party information, use automated means to access or submit to the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or remove any submission at our discretion.

The site content, branding and design are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any dealings between you and an independent professional.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pickwise and its affiliates from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the site or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
